We are thrilled to announce that Connected, in collaboration with Kanimbla Farm, will soon be launching FREE equine therapy workshops for women in the Blue Mountains, Lithgow, Hawkesbury, and Nepean areas! đ´â¨ These workshops will take place at the beautiful Kanimbla Farm in Kanimbla Valley.
Do you ever feel your heart racing, your mind swirling with âwhat ifs,â and a knot in your stomach that just wonât go away? Thatâs anxiety, and youâre not alone. Anxiety can feel like a persistent companion, but it doesnât have to dominate your life. đż
Our workshops are designed to help you bring personal awareness to your unique experience of anxiety. Youâll learn about self-regulation through the gentle, grounding presence of horses. Imagine finding peace and calm in the serene paddocks, connecting with these magnificent animals, and discovering new ways to manage those galloping thoughts. đź
These workshops are supported by funding from Nepean Blue Mountains Primary Health Network (NBMPHN). Wentworth Healthcare is the provider of NBMPHN. @wentworthhealthcare
